Cassandra cluster creation, when number of nodes more than 1 (#2247)

There is a chance that we can comment out [cassandra-2] group and
proceed with cassandr-3 .. n. In that case, cassadra cluster creation
will fail. So it's safe to check the number of nodes in the cassandra
group, and if the count > 1 create cluster.
