If the Cassandra didn't restart serially, there are chances that some of
the nodes won't start because seed nodes are not available.

If heap size increased more than 8G GC goes haywire, and causes all
kinds of issues. Like always running GC, flaky CPU usage, sub par
performance etc.

DESC SCHEMA is not giving the complete commands to create the state of
db. Above command misses the alter commands, which causes issue while
restoring.
